    SDK / VBA programming

There is a MASSIVE amount of info at www.oberonplace.com on both VBA and other languages for programming CorelDRAW.  Alex has recently documented the new X3 plugin interface also.

Yes, I released my first CorelDRAW based product for CNC work about 6 months ago.  I never would have gotten there without Alex.  I am now doing hybrid VBA / C++ systems with most of the UI in VBA and the heavy metal stuff in C++ DLLs using techniques demonstrated by Alex.  A true mover and shaker for CorelDRAW.

What is your product James?   I use Corel Draw in my engraving business with a small CNC mill.

Hi, my first product is a CNC oriented DXF export tool that is being sold at www.candcnc.com

I have four other packages and an upgrade of the DXFTool in the works.  They are all written as hybrids with VBA user interfaces and the major processing done in C++ DLLs.  All support the use of CorelDRAW as a World Class CNC tool for the Small Shop / Home Shop environment.

Is anybody else trying C++ programming using #import with X4?  The typelib 'CorelDraw.tlb' is broken in the X4 trial download.  I have my CorelDRAW hosted CAD / CAM application in beta and I want to try X4, BUT I can't compile!

All is well with V12 and X3.
