Ok I know vector is clean at any level of zoom and it's not pixilated. How then do I see things from paint back to draw and called vector, I do art for screenprinting and also for Embroidery, So far I have done both. The Embroidery has got to be in vector, (Very clean)  but I have to ask hou do you change things back to vector after converting to bitmap. Or is that not going to happen

Well you've got it, it ain't going to happen :) But why would you convert a vector to bitmap and back in the first place, do I miss something?

 It is only poosible by tracing the converted bitmap image.

If you start (somewhere) with a vectored image (that you drew or traced), you should save it before you export to a bitmap.  Then you have two files, the vectored image and the bitmap image.  There's no need to "convert back" to the vectored art.

I wanted to convert back for some Embroidery art that I was trying to do, but that is not going to work. And so I move on.
