Hi.  I'm using CorelDRAW and ICC Profiles and getting very good results.  Everything is set up to the Generic CMYK and working out fine.

However, my last two deliveries to one Printing Lab came back very, very much redder/darker!!  I enquired and was told that they were printing using Adobe's Euroscale Coated v2 Profile.

I must, obviously, manage my colours using this profile, but I haven't been able to find and download a CorelDRAW 12 version of it.  And the Lab don't use Corel at all!

Any ideas?

Seamus Byrne.

In X3 the Euroscale coated v2 is in the drop down list of profiles in the bubble -jet printer section of Tools>Color Management.

Thanks EchoAlfa.  I'm using Graphic Suite 12 and all I can see in the same drop down list is HP and Tektronic printer profiles.

I wonder is there a version of that profile for 12?

Hi Seamus,
You can download all the latest profiles from www.eci.org.
I couldn't find a Euroscale coated, I think it has been updated to ISO Coated, and this is included in the ECI_offset_2007.zip file.
This should be extracted and copied to Windows>System32>spool>drivers>color folder.
Hope this helps.

Deeply grateful.
