    I'm using SilverFast Ai v6.2.1r4 twain driver for a Microtek Scanmaker i900 under Vista 32-bit OS.

    When I try to acquire with PhotoPaint X4 Silverfast launches but then when I hit preview or scan I get an error:

    An error occurred at the start of the scanning process.

    Cannot send Command "Set Window".

    I can scan fine into PhotoPaint X3 on the same system from the same twain source.

    Any ideas on how to fix PhotoPaint X4 to work with SilverFast twain scanner driver?
