Chrome effects

Can anyone point me in the diection of any tutorials in how to create chrome effects in corel X3 i've hunted the net but i either have to buy a whole package or the ones i have found are just instructions on how to do a  fountain fill, theres some cool car picture in the gallery here with nice chrome, anyone care to share any tips.

Thanks, i just made the purchase, now i've just got to wait until i can download it, i did come across that one in a search but i thought i had to buy the whole package and since i have corel unleashed version 12 i was a little worried i would be paying for 95% of the same content, thanks for youe help.
