In bottom of effects bar I cant see the new adde plugins, just see "plugins filter list" and don't see the digimarc and other plugins.
when I install photopaint in other computer problem solved, but in some computers this problem appear. How can I solve it?
Make certain that you have told PP X4 where your plugins are located.
If you go to Tools - Customization and then in the dialog go to Workspace - Plugins, it will allow you to point PP to the folders where your plugin reside. Once they are correctly located, they will show up in your Effects menu.
