Question #3: I'm having a file that I usually export it to TIF format, and print. When I open the TIF file, or print it, the colors doesn’t match (the yellow become orange, the red become brown etc.)All of the color models in my file are CMYK, and the export file is set to CMYK as well. There are no Pantones or something exceptional in this file.Any advice?

Are you haveing Corel manage your colors or is your printer managing your colors? If they both are, they are probably fighting. Disable Color Management in your printer dialog and let Corel manage the color and see if that helps. If not, take a screen capture of your Color Management screen and post it for us to evaluate.

Well, I'm not printing in house, I'm taking the file to a printer or Staples (I think they both have Xerox DC12).

How do I know whos manage my colors, or how do I choose who will? to remind you, what I'm printing, is a TIFF file format, not CDR. I will be able to post a screen shot only next week, when I will have my computer back...
