Installation of Ventura8

I own a copy of Ventura8 which I have not used in a few years. I now find that I cant install it in WindowsXP. Can this be done or is 8 obsolete?

I have no issues installing Ventura 8 on XP. What precisely are you seeing? Can you tell us the error message?

Clearly the threat of the combined experience and intelligence of the Ventura Forum has cowed my installation into subserviance. After repeated failures it suddenly installed. With my limited work so far it seems to be OK. I appologize for wasting your time and thank you.
