    Freehand Tool line thickness

Ok, heres my dilema, Im drawng freehand within Draw X4. All works well, but am I able to make the preview line thicker? When the line is complete, it of course has the preset thickness etc applied to it (in this case 2.0pt).

Here is what I mean..... When the shape is being made, it is a thin line but when completed, the preset is applied. I would like (if indeed possible) to make the preview line at least a bit more like the thickness of finished item.

    line preview

I don´t know if it´s exactly what you are looking for, but this is what I do: Create a small bit of line, make the line thicker and then continue from the last node. This way the last part of the line is thin in preview, but as soon as you create another node the last part of the curve becomes thick.

Thanks :) - not quite what im looking for as im trying to make a continuous freehand line. Adjusting the thickness of the preview line may not be adjustable :(

with nothing selected, click the outline tool on the tool box. Choose your default setting for outline thickness, type, color, etc. and hit apply/ok. a new menu will pop up. select what attributes you want this outline to apply as default.

Form now on this will be your default until you change it.

NOTE make sure you "Save Settings as Default"  to do this go to TOOLS/ Save Settings as Default.  if you skip this step the next time you open DRAW it will revert back to previous settings

doink I mis read your original post. what you are wanting is not editable. that is the live preview and always works that way

This reminds me of requesting a live preview feature for the Artistic Media Sprayers; you get that thin line and objects start to appear while drawing.
