If I were to create some "symbols" in a design and then use the object data menu to make additional fields, can this info be exported or extracted into something like an Excell file or XML? Mine is acting very strange. When you look at the spreadsheet view you can see all the additional fields that Ive created and the info is pulling up like it should. But the Cost field totals and gives me a dollar amount but for some reason the Price field does not. I tried being clever and modifying the actual XML layout page to change "showTotals" to showTotals="true". But this didnt work either so Im really not sure what causes the Cost field to be totalled in the spreadsheet view. I could live with just being able to pop up the spreadsheet and print it to see my data but it would be nice if the Price totalled. Anyone have any ideas on how I could do this?
