    PDF Prints with White Box Around any Item with a Drop Shadow.

     When I publish to PDF and I am using a Drop Shadow around a Logo or Object I get a white box around it when I go to print.

     I just performed this test.

    Create a yellow rectangle

    Create a smaller rectangle on top. Fill with a fountain fill.

    Create  a drop shadow from the top rectangle.

    Publish to PDF using the PrePress Preset

    Open PDF

    Send to print. 

    Prints Normally-no white box.

    Can you describe you work flow including your PDF settings?
