Hay sonny thats very nice. How long did that take? I had started a drawing of my girlfriend, then she killed my computer!

Just one question. Can a portrait be realistic?

I meant than how much detail I can put into a portrait to the point that it can almost be mistaken for a photograph.

Think of the characters in the "Final Fantasy" movie. You know they're CG, but somehow they look very real. But from the look of the progress I'm making, there's still a long way to go before I get there.

Mostly artistic media tool (for the hair and eyelashes) contour tools, blend tools (for the skin),envelopes (for the tattoo and clothing) and transparencies (for highlights and shadows). Plus a bitmap layer for the eyeshadows. I'll post a wireframe view of the image so you can see all the layers and elements.

Very nice and if you add some invicible noise to her skin, will you get a much more realistic effect ;-)

Thanks, but I'm not sure how to do that since she is made up of vectors (except for the shadows around her eyes) and I'm not sure how I can apply that here. Do I have to convert her into a bitmap first before I can apply that? Your advice is very much welcome here.
