    thanks jeff! but the thing is i don't have version 9 of PP. I'll try to google this plugin and see if i could find it elsewhere. thanks for the suggestion!

    PS has liquify tool and warp mesh. Paint Shop Pro has warp and warp mesh Photo-Paint only has warp mesh???
