Thank you Foster. I don't want to offent my co-worker, but actually he is more than less-enlightened. It is tiring, cause I try to cooperate with him since one year, and I can understand that he is jelaous and insulted that my boss decided a year ago that I can do HIS job better (he's a hobby...
