CorelDraw Won't open.....Registry Value ConfigDir not found

I just downloaded and installed CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X4. I tried to open it and I get an error that pops up a few times saying Value ConfigDir not found in registry. It pops up twice then a different error pos ip saying The UI Language Registration is invalid. Then a runtime error pops up and says...

The only version of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite that has been tested and is supported on a 64-bit version of both Windows (XP or Vista) is X3 with Service Pack 2. CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 11 was released a long time before x64 processors even existed. Gerard
